What areas do you cover?
We are based in Staffordshire and provide event styling and floristry across Staffordshire, Cheshire and the surrounding counties.
If your chosen venue is a little further afield, please get in touch. Depending on the loaction and requirements we may still be able to help.

What types of event do you style?
Although weddings are at the heart of what we do, we also provide styling and floristry for corporate events, private celebrations, parties and other special occasions.
From a beautifully styled wedding reception to a corporate awards evening or milestone celebration, we can create an environment that reflects the occasion.

How far in advance should we book?
We recommend getting in touch as soon as you have your venue and date confirmed, particularly for popular wedding dates.
However, we appreciate that plans don’t always come together that far in advance, so please contact us even if your date is approaching. We’ll always do our best to help.

Can you work with our own ideas?

Yes, we absolutely believe that every event is individual.
Our styling can be tailored around your venue, colour palette, flowers, personal style and budget, creating your personal celebration rather than a template.

Yes. Floristry is an important part of what we do, and our team brings extensive experience in floral design.
We can create flowers and arrangements to complement your overall styling, from table arrangements and centrepieces to statement installations and personal flowers.

Yes, and this is one of the key benefits of working with us.

What happens at a consultation?
Your consultation is an opportunity to talk through your plans, ideas and aspirations for your event.
We’ll discuss your venue, colour palette, flowers, décor and any specific elements you’d like to include. We’ll also look at your inspiration and help you develop it into a cohesive styling concept.
Most importantly, it’s a conversation. There’s no pressure to have everything decided before you come to us.

Where do consultations take place?
We welcome clients by appointment to our Styling Studio, where you can see examples of our work, explore ideas and discuss your plans with us.

How much does event styling cost?
Every event is different, therefore we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all price.
Your quotation will depend on factors including your venue, the areas being styled, the elements you choose, floristry, installation requirements and the overall scale of your celebration.
Following your consultation, we’ll provide a clear, tailored quotation based on your requirements.

Can we add things later?
Where availability allows, yes of course.
We understand that your plans can evolve as your event approaches. Additional styling and floristry can often be added to your booking, subject to availability.

How do we secure our date?
Once you’ve decided you’d like us to style your event, we’ll explain the booking process, availability and payment arrangements before your booking is confirmed.

Do you set everything up for us?
Yes, if you've chosen our full event styling service.
Our team will install your chosen styling elements and prepare the spaces so they’re ready for your celebration.
We can also coordinate with your venue where necessary to ensure we understand access arrangements and any specific requirements.

Do you take everything down afterwards?
Yes. We will arrange collection and removal of our styling items after your event, with the arrangements confirmed as part of your booking.

Absolutely.
We have great relationships with many venues throughout Staffordshire and Cheshire and are always happy to liaise with your venue regarding access, installation times and any relevant venue specific requirements.
Our aim is to make the process as straightforward as possible for you.

What if our venue has restricted access?
This is absolutely fine provided we are aware.

We also offer a range of DIY styling and hire options, allowing you to choose your favourite pieces and create your own look. This can be a great option if you enjoy putting your own personal touch on your day or are working with a more limited budget.

Making Your Day Personal
Can you help us decide what will work in our venue?
Yes, and this is a key part of our service.
Something that looks beautiful in a photograph isn’t necessarily right for every space. We’ll consider your venue’s layout, proportions, existing décor, lighting and how your guests will move through the space.
